Welcome to Allura Aesthetics. By booking a consultation, appointment, or treatment with us, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions. Allura Aesthetics reserves the right to amend these terms at any time without prior notice.
1. Consultations
Consultations are complimentary and designed to assess your concerns, treatment goals, and suitability for aesthetic procedures. Treatment recommendations are provided based on professional clinical judgment.
2. Appointments, Cancellations & Rescheduling
Appointments may require an advance payment or deposit for confirmation.
We kindly request at least 24 hours’ notice for cancellations or rescheduling. Failure to provide sufficient notice may result in forfeiture of any deposit paid and may affect future booking privileges.
3. Treatment Suitability
All treatments are subject to professional assessment. Allura Aesthetics reserves the right to decline, postpone, or discontinue treatment if it is considered medically unsuitable, unsafe, or unlikely to achieve the desired outcome.
4. Treatment Results
Results vary from person to person and depend on individual factors including skin type, medical history, lifestyle, and adherence to aftercare instructions. While we strive for optimal outcomes, no specific result can be guaranteed.
5. Medical Disclosure & Client Responsibility
Clients must provide complete and accurate medical information before treatment. Failure to disclose relevant medical conditions, allergies, medications, or previous procedures may affect treatment outcomes and safety.
6. Children & Accompanying Guests
Children under 12 years of age must not be left unattended within the clinic. Clients attending appointments with children must be accompanied by another responsible adult to supervise them during treatment.
7. Treatment Packages
Package and treatment plan payments must be completed as agreed at the time of purchase. Approved refunds, where applicable, will be calculated after deducting the value of treatments already received, administrative charges, and applicable fees.
8. Limitation of Liability
Allura Aesthetics shall not be liable for any indirect, consequential, or financial losses arising from treatments, products, or services provided. Liability is limited to the extent permitted by applicable law.
9. Photography & Records
Clinical photographs may be taken for treatment planning, progress monitoring, and medical record purposes.
10. Complaints
We are committed to providing exceptional care and service. Any concerns or complaints should be reported promptly to our management team for review and resolution.
