Cancellation Policy

At Allura Aesthetics, we value both your time and the dedication of our team. Every appointment is scheduled exclusively for you to ensure you receive the highest level of care and attention.

We understand that plans can occasionally change, so we kindly ask that any cancellation or rescheduling requests be made at least 24 hours before your appointment time. Providing advance notice allows us to accommodate other clients who may be waiting for an available slot.

Late Cancellations & Missed Appointments

Appointments cancelled with less than 24 hours’ notice, or missed without prior communication (“No-Show”), may result in one of the following charges:

• Forfeiture of the booking deposit
• Deduction of one session from an existing treatment package/course
• A cancellation fee of PKR 5,000

These policies help us manage appointment availability efficiently while continuing to provide exceptional service to all of our clients.
