Refund Policy

At Allura Aesthetics, all payments made for treatments and procedures are for the professional services provided under your personalized treatment plan, and not for any guaranteed outcome. While our practitioners strive to deliver the best possible results using their expertise and clinical judgment, individual responses to aesthetic treatments may vary and specific results cannot be promised or guaranteed.

Cancellation of Prepaid Services

If you choose to cancel prepaid services before beginning treatment, a cancellation fee of PKR 5,000 will apply. Any applicable banking charges, taxes, or processing fees will also be deducted, and the remaining eligible balance will be refunded accordingly.

Cancellation of Ongoing Treatment Plans

If you decide to discontinue a treatment package after services have already started and request a refund, all completed sessions will be charged at the regular standard price per treatment. Any promotional pricing, package discounts, special offers, bonus credits, or complimentary services originally applied to the package will no longer be valid. After recalculating the completed services at full standard rates, the remaining eligible balance—less applicable taxes and banking charges—will be refunded.

Transfer of Remaining Credit to Another Package

If you prefer not to receive a refund and instead wish to transfer your remaining balance toward another treatment package, the completed sessions will be calculated according to your package pricing rather than full individual treatment rates. The remaining balance may then be applied toward a new package or service. Current promotional offers may still apply where eligible.

If the revised package value exceeds your available balance, the difference must be paid before starting the new treatment plan. If a credit remains after the transfer, it will stay on your account for future use. Any such account credit must be utilized within 90 days from the date of the new purchase unless otherwise stated.

Adverse Reactions and Treatment Risks

All aesthetic and cosmetic procedures carry potential risks and possible side effects, which are discussed during the consultation and consent process. In the event of an adverse reaction, complication, or an unsatisfactory response to treatment, refunds will not be issued. Our team is committed to minimizing risks and providing appropriate aftercare and support whenever required.

Injectable Treatments

All injectable procedures, including but not limited to Botox, dermal fillers, fat-dissolving injections, and similar cosmetic treatments, are non-refundable once administered. Individual outcomes and healing responses vary from person to person.

Potential side effects and risks—including swelling, redness, bruising, asymmetry, allergic reactions, drooping, vascular complications, or other temporary or rare adverse effects—are explained prior to treatment as part of the informed consent process. By proceeding with treatment, clients acknowledge that they understand the possible risks, limitations, and expected outcomes associated with cosmetic injectable procedures.
